Józef Zych - Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland Constituency No.52 - Zielona Góra. Deputy to the 10th Sejm, Deputy Marshal of the 1st and 2nd Sejm. Sejm Marshal from March 3, 1995. Born on March 23, 1938 in Giedlarowa, Rzeszów voivodship. University degree, doctorate in law. PSL - chairman of the National Council. In keeping with the Sejm regulations, the Marshal protects the rights and dignity of the House, represents the Sejm and chairs the debates of the Sejm, the Sejm Presidium, the Senior Deputies' Council and the National Assembly. In specyfic circumstances, he deputises for the president and orders presidential elections.
